Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with warmth and professionalism.

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and courteously.

  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, appointments, and front-office schedules.

  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to security protocols.

  • Handle courier, mail, and other administrative tasks efficiently.

  • Provide administrative support to different departments when required.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office/reception area.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification.

  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or in a similar customer-facing role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional appearance and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
