Key Responsibilities

Coordinate meeting room bookings, appointments, and front-office schedules.

Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to security protocols.

Handle courier, mail, and other administrative tasks efficiently.

Provide administrative support to different departments when required.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification.

Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or in a similar customer-facing role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
